2024 U7 Skills Development Program

The GSC will be running a year long program aimed at preparing players for competitive soccer at U8. 

The program will be run by senior GSC staff coaches for house league players that are looking for extra training to take their game up a level.  There will be a Rep/Dev focus to these sessions, and registrants must be part of the pool of players who attended our Identification Sessions in September.  Players interested in attending the ID Sessions MUST register in advance by Registering Here and selecting the Rep Team Tryout Fee – New Player option for registration.

When:    Monday Evening 

Times:   25 sessions, spring and summer

Who:      Participants 7 years of Age Only

Where:  Elementary School Catholic Du Sacré-Coeur, 34 Miller Drive, Georgetown

Cost:      $275.00

Players will:

​

Increase skill development by maximizing time on the ball

Build confidence, strength and enthusiasm for the game

Receive training with an emphasis on ball mastery 

Players will learn skills in dribbling, passing, shooting and ball control.  As well as skills awareness, the program encourages team-work, fair play, and sportsmanship.  Participants of this program are expected to register and play in our house league program for the outdoor season.
